Venue hire and party extras

The base price for the venue hire is R2000

​

​

This price includes 6000 square meters of the secluded and exclusive venue with a large sheltered Lapa hosting up to 30 kids and 60 adults.

​

Tables and chairs for both adults and kids, table cloths for adults tables are included. Tea and coffee station, kitchenette with a basin, and fridge.

Animal farm, two trampolines, a slide, and climbing tires. Bunny cage, bathrooms, and power points.

 

On top of the R2000 basic package you can add on the following kid's entertainment items:

1. Mini Train Rides: R500

• seats up to 20 kids per time and does 3 laps per ride on our 70m long track for all ages

​

2. Vintage Mini farm tractor rides: R500

• seats up to 25 kids per ride, for all ages

​

3. Swing Carousel: R400

• seats up to 6 kids at a time, ages between 2 years and 12 years

​

4. Zipline: R300

• double 50m long zipline, age between 3 years up, no heavier than 70 kgs

​

5. Pony Rides: R300

• Mr. Bandit our pony loves taking kids for rides

​

6. Jumping Castle R400

• Standard 3m x 3m

7. Water Slide: R500

• 10m inflatable slide with splash pool

All rides and extras are for the duration of the party and come with their own operator

***Time schedules Strictly 9-12 am or 2-5 pm, time can be extended after 5 pm with prior arrangement, additional charges will apply.

Spaanyard is primarily a self-catering venue but we understand how much work goes into throwing the perfect party, so don’t stress, we are here to help you. Please inform us if you would like anything from this list and how many.

1. Party packs: R30 each, containing sweets, a toy, juice, and a bag of chips.

2. Hot dogs: R15 each, made with a vintage machine that toasts the inside of the buns

3. Bottomless popcorn machine: R350, we provide everything and operate the machine.

4. Wors Rolls or hamburgers: R30 each, comes with garnish and plates.

5. Potato twisters: R15 each

6. Platters: contact us for a quote.

7. Candy floss: R15 each

8. Water based ice-creams: R10 each
